This has to be the worse health centre in the whole of Redditch. I've lived here 20 years nearly and the service has gone from bad to worse. It is now taking ONE MONTH to get a routine GP appointment and even when you get seen you get 10-15 minutes max. Third world countries have better healthcare. Go private, it's worth it.

Terrible surgery very rude staff no wonder nhs gone to the dogs with staff like this they keep you waiting on phone in long cues when they need to contact you they send you letter saying we been trying to contact you instead of phoneing you to save money on phone call the reception staff need to go on course and learn some manners
