I visited Hutong with group of friends today. We arrived quite early as we’d like to have a drink in the bar before dinner. The waiter served us with wine glasses which are just been taken out from wash machine, totally wet and with loads
One of the best views I've ever seen and the vibe is perfect for a fancy night out. The location is great and service is phenomenal. Highly recommend checking out the restrooms since I believe the views are the best in any bathroom in the world. Finally, food was amazing, so definitely check this place out!
A cute little Italian place near Borough. Reminds me fondly of the many Italian restaurants in New York City. It’s small but cozy, and portions are delicious and filling. Very well-priced wine, probably some of the cheapest I’ve seen in
Located down a small side street and underground means you’re unlikely to just stumble across this Italian, despite the neon lights and signs trying to attract attention. With no indication of what lies below you need a certain level of
Hearty veggie breakfast at a reasonable price in fun decor/atmosphere. Decent coffee and friendly service. Plenty of tables and open early doors. The halloumi is delicious and there are numerous tasty veggie/vegan options. Be great if they served some vegetarian sausages with their veggie fry-ups but overall great.
Not entiely sure how to review here as we didn't really come to The Breakfast Club but more the very nearby underground club. We figured out the password (kind of) and were escorted to the bar. We had a couple of cocktails and took in the
Food was very interesting and overall I'd say very balanced, I assume it's not easy to do that when you put chocolate/cocoa to everything. Staff was polite, accommodating and service was fast. -2 Stars because duck for 23£ and lamb for 29£ although tasty were too small to be consider main courses, other courses seemed more appropriate.
Really great and filling afternoon tea. They cater to many dietary requirements. I had gluten free and dairy free, and it was great. We had vegan and vegetarian in our group as well, and they got a great plate as well. Service very nice and kind. The bottomless tea /coffee / hot chocolate is really worth it.
The Silka was delightful. We started by walking down the stairs into a much quieter area, which took it away from the busyness of the usual London Bridge locations.
Ate here for a mates birthday dinner and the food was brilliant. Our waiter, Abs I believe, very funny, professional and gave great suggestions from the menu. Went just after the refurb so still a couple of things to fix but fantastic restaurant in a lively location. Would definitely recommend!
Good, high quality and fairly priced pasta. However, it definitely doesn't worth the long waiting times (an hour and a half in our case).
One of my favourite restaurants in London! Excellent pasta. Love sitting by the open kitchen watching the magic happen. Service is fast. Given its popularity, they will understandably want the table back as soon as you are finished eating,
I opted for the Roast to go counter and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I got a pork belly apple sauce and it was superb, the meat was excellent, there was plenty of crispy pork crackling giving it a great texture. 100% recommending to try it!
I had the best time celebrating my birthday here. The food was amazing and they are clearly good at roasting whatever! The view is great if you want to be away from the noise but still see what’s going on in the market. I will definitely return.
A pleasant evening of dining. Just dropped in on a Friday night and were greated by friendly staff. We were lucky enough to snag a table at the front of the restaurant with a view of Borough Market. Our party of three shared a starter of
Big recommend restaurant! Nice atmosphere ,great service and delicious food
Mediterranean/Turkish cuisine here,. A casual restaurant done in an industrial and striped down style under a vacumouse railway arch. The service was good and the price was fair. The food was innovative and tasty although the portions were
Visited again after six years and enjoyed again. They opened up a second place with a slightly broader menu as I was told. Great food in a very busy place. If you are looking for a quiet place don't go here. If you're looking for great food and drinks? Crash here!
Had an enjoyable dinner here, food was very good. I was impressed how well they deal with food allergies - my daughter has a nut allergy and the staff were very helpful and gave us confidence they took it seriously. Would definitely eat here again and recommend.
First off all they got our drinks wrong, we got normal milk i/o coconut milk, we were asked if we would take the normal milk and we said ok, on top of that the hot drink was only slightly warm. We also ordered breakfast and even that was
One of my tastiest pizzas OF MY LIFE☝️ hiden place with heaven taste!
Probably the worst pizza I've had in a restaurant. I did eat it (British politeness and with a friend haha) but I don't really understand how it was so bad. It's probably quite an achievement! I've eaten here before and the food was ok, but
My partner and I had a lovely experience on a Monday evening at Brindisa London Bridge. The serve was very attentive with recommendations made, regular checks & genuine hospitality. We loved the various dishes we had paired with wine and
Brindisa is great for a fairly quick lunch in that service really doesnt hang about. The atmosphere is nice - not too cod-Spanish, understated but definitely Mediterranean. The menu is full of delicious sounding things. The octopus was
We came here for a late lunch during a very crowded weekend at Borough Market, which I suspect is par for the course. For some reason it took awhile for a table to be cleared for us and we had to wait about 10-15 minutes. We saw a few empty
Surprisingly elegant and refined fish restaurant in Borough Market with its roots in its excellent fish and chips. The stall next door sells the takeaway version. The sit-in version elevates the concept and adds a menu of other fish-based
I’ve had to give one star because you can’t give -1000 the reason for this is, I cannot believe when there were terrorist attacks on London Bridge one of my lovely clients who is only 22 years old, was absolutely terrified and went running
Admitting I'm a bit picky, finally a good Italian restaurant!! Vibe is great (curated but cosy),staff is very nice and food is what you would expect from an Italian restaurant. Starter was actually a bit disappointing but my main
Delicious steak with good sides, starters and desserts. They have a list of available pieces of steak every service. We went for a 950 gram porterhouse to share. This was enough for 3 people to share.
I went for lunch with my colleagues. It was a good experience. The food looked nice and tasty. My steak was slightly overdone, they changed it immediately.
We all really enjoyed our visit here. Three friends were meeting up and were looking for somewhere fast and reliable close to London Bridge station and this fitted the bill perfectly. The wine was good and great value we thought. The
Lovely choice to choose from. The restaurant is quite spacious it has an upstairs and downstairs. The restaurant is clean decor quite nice. The staff are friendly and helpful
Cosy and small place for tapas and Spanish food. Portion is small but price is reasonable. Steak and black paella are great. So were the desserts.
Went here on a Sunday evening with friends and had a great time. The food and service were fantastic. All of the tapas we ordered were at the least very good and mainly excellent. Only criticism is the lack of space. When I needed to go to
Lovely tapas. A mix of healthy and more oily options from what we tried. Right level of service where you can always get hold of a waiter and they check in but you are generally not rushed and left to enjoy your evening for most part which
Nice French restaurant and cocktail bar in the very centre of London bridge in a fantastic location. The food is good as the drinks are. Nice staff on site. Ideal for a pleasant afternoon with your friends
Fresh food, live kitchen action. Stunning
My colleagues and I had dinner here on a Sunday night. It wasn't too busy at 7pm and the three of us got seated right away. This place is a seafood restaurant focusing on shellfish. We had the Deluxe Platter and split it between the thee of
Good beers and characterful building. Food pretty standard. Good service for large groups.
It’s still quite an unknown venue right in the throngs of the tourist traps around borough market and London Bridge station. It’s a really nice snug pub with a few decent ales and surprisingly goose island ipa. At the back as you get deeper
