Nice park with a good sports complex .
Great gym with free parking, also friendly staff.
Pretty good gym. Good range of dumb bells and weight machines. Could use some more machines to help with queues during peak periods and a bit too much drum and bass for my liking
very good classes and facilities
Great personal trainer I did 6 months and lost lots of weight and felt better and more confident . He teaches everything from doing exercises the right way and about food nutrition by keeping track of what you eat. Highly recommend it.
Been training with Harjit for over a year now. I have seen some great improvements with my body, posture and mentality around fitness. Highly recommend him as a PT!
The price of the gym and conveniency is very good. However, the things that put this gym down is the staff working here as they are rude and unapproachable, they always seem to have a bad attitude which makes me not feel welcome at this
The cheaper offer is 21 pretty month and it's worth it had very the machines and free weights needed
I used this gym for 6 months & paid a lump sum as I do not like to be stuck in a contract, the gym manager Mandy Bal was really helpful and we agreed that after my 6 months finishes she will reduce or match the same offer that I was paying.
Just wanted to say I’ve been at this gym for couple years now and have found Mandy to be extremely helpful and will often go out of her way to help. She is a total asset to the company and knows how to get things done. She’s such a grafter
Such a shame as central location and could be a nice gym if they put some money in to it. The air conditioning wasnt working no windows open so really stuffy in there. The equipment is so out of date and dirty too. Considering how much
Very poor standard gym considering it’s nuffield and £60pm. Been to probably over 10 nuffield gyms around the country and this is by far the worst one. Changing rooms in appealing condition, no towel provided and parking isn’t provided. Would not recommend his place until they have a revamp.
As much as I wanted to continue going to that gym I was little bit confused with the layout. Gym definitely divided by gender, with the female only bit squeezed in a corner and 1 tv. Male (unisex maybe, but there was only 2 female including me at the time of my exercise) part had 4 or 5 TV's and was more spacious.
Top quality and recently-opened gym, with a good range of equipment and everything is (usually) in good working order. Things to note though: a) get there early, as it's a popular gym and it gets packed as the day progresses b) many of the lockers are busted - it'll will take a few secs to find one that locks...
Nice friendly place to train
Two hours free parking, and if u register Ur car reg one more extra hour is added. It is often the case that something is not working but it happens in every gym, the problem is that it takes a long time to get it repaired. The place is kept clean but most of the people do not take hygiene seriously.
Good atmosphere very welcoming
Always loved Muay Thai and was originally attending KO in Bethnal Green. Bill and Co were ok, but very little focus on technique, combos, traditions and basic usability was every given (unless u were in the amateur/semi-pro fights circuit).
Good for boxing
Old school gym. Not for people who are looking to do anything else then get pumped! Loads of weights and equipment. Free parking
I like the gym, nice a spacious!
